In childhood I used to stutter, as I grown up I was fluent in speaking, since a month I stutter frequently

Stuttering is a psycological problem,might you have started taking stress or emotionally disturb with your work..consult speech therapist as well as psycologist for counselling.. There are some instrument also which we can use under the guidance of SLP to reduce stammering

You should consult with speech therapist. They will do speech assessment and diagnose the severity and type of fluency disorders. Based upon speech assessment report speech therapy will be there.

Take help of speech language pathologist for details evaluation . In Stammering sometimes you may feel that you are fluent and some time problem will be visible. After speech therapy also in some cases there is example of relapse.

Hello... Person with fear and anxiety stutter sometimes.. If this problem is there for more than six months you have to consult speech therapist.. Try to concentrate on words you speak, speak slowly, it's daily practice.. Speaking with high emotions may bring back your old problem.
