Most likely you are suffering from Anal Fissure. You should take sitz bath twice daily and apply some soothing ointment like Sushruta Ointment/ Coconut oil/ Cow's ghee in anal passage twice daily. For proper bowel movement you should take some stool softening Ayurvedic medicine like Sushruta Churna/ Haritaki churna 1 tea spoon full with warm water in night.
