CBC results show high eosinophilic count.he may have symptoms related to allergies notably coughing , wheezing etc As he needs a clinical examination you can consult with a pediatrician in your area.

Your cbc report is okay. High eosinophil indicates an allergic tendency. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables and sleep at least 8 hours at night to be energetic. Also for a 4 year old consult a pediatrician.

As you know that best treatment depend on the correct diagnosis and correct diagnosis depend on the complete history of the patient so please take consultation from a doctor and give complete history of the patient so that correct diagnosis will be make and then best treatment will be start

On the basis of your current history Take treatment as follow as 1- tab Levocetrizine 5 mg 2 time per day for 1 month for Eosinophil . 2- Cap Multivitamin A to Z Gold 2 time per day for 1 week after food for strength and immunity.
