Hi dr I was feeling uncomfortable so I put my finger down my throat inside thinking I could vomit but got no Vomit and hurt something in my throat with my nail I think I saw a small speck of blood in my saliva and I felt like I hurt some part inside The blood was just a small spect and did not appear the second time I spat What it is I'm really scared pls help respected dr
