I have a black colour tattoo on my left fore arm. It's 7 inch long and 1 inch high. I need to remove it. I want to know the cost and time take to remove it fully. Also will I be abel to get a tattoo on the same spot again. How long will the whole thing take to heal. And can I workout on that region? . Thank you
