I did two times cystoscope 1- report is chronic cystitis 2- report is probably interstitial cystitis I did urine and semen more than 4 times . All reports are ( no growth) My symptoms is burning sensation and fast ejucalate . I took many medicine and antibiotics but still symptoms are there. Also i took pentosan for 3 months but still no any improve. If i dont have any bacteria in cultures then how did i get this inflammation? And how to make late ejucalate ?
