Hi . Pain after surgery might be present for couple of weeks weeks but slowly it will come down. I don't know first of all what surgery was done. Similarly, if fever is just for 1-2 days then it's OK. But the fever continues everyday and your operation side has swollen, red or any purulent discharge coming suggests that you may have an infection which needs further investigation by doing blood tests and accordingly the treatment will be decided. But if there are no symptoms as said above that just relax. Things will settle. Tc
