Depression, Mania, Overwhelmed, Intrusive Thoughts, Easily Angered, Uncontrollable Anger, Difficulty changing emotional mood, Quick Mood Swing to Anger/Sad/Overwhelmed, Obsession over Past negative incidents anxiety I was wondering if this means I have bipolar depression

If Manic episode had occurred in past then yes as per information provided by you ..it might be Bipolar Depression...But I advise you to consult a psychiatrist for detailed evaluation and Management of the case...Selfdiagnosing never helps... regards
