I'm getting irritated easily or no focus
Hi there, I'm a software engineer.
Recently I got to know about my wife's affair with a man and It was very big disaster in my life.
After she said me that she wouldn't repeat again I forgave her. Now she doesn't want to come back. I'm living alone in a home. This is making me low in my life and all the relationships.
I'm unable to concentrate in anything. Currently I'm working as a driver due to this.
Please help me get out of this pain.

Hi. Life will surprise you at every minute. Is there anything from your side that made her leaving you! Leaving alone is beneficial. If you can plan a day you will enjoy living alone. A relationship can not be sustained alone. If on of the two persons is not present how can you call it a relation still! Understand freedom and possessiveness in relationship.

Hi I understand your current situation. Please allow your self some breathing space and not pressurise to move from one emotion to another. It will be good if you reach out for professional help. As counselling helps in mind management.
Self help you can do yoga and breathing exercises to calm you down and reduce irritation.
