Hi I am Rohit .from last few month I don't know what happen to me .I think I need help now.i loose my anger even little things

Hi Sit calm and find out what's the causes (trigger) for your sadness or unknown fear. Once you find causes it's easy give suggest recommendations. There is also chance of hormonal changes. Your daily activities should not affected by your stress factor for more than 2 months. If so pls consult a psychologist for further help.
