I keep sqeezing and blinking my eyes.

Eyes burn and is heavy all the time. I keep squeezing and blinking. I wear lenses also. With lenses it is even more problematic.

You  should use Tobrex eye drops & genteal eye drops before inserting & taking out contact lens, one should not use contact lens more than 5-6 hrs continuously.

Hello This could be due to dryness Try A. Bliñk a lot B. Cold compresses C. Use lubricating eyedrop frequently like refresh tears D. Try to decrease time of contact lens use Consult local opthalmologist if problem persists I hope this will help you Regards
