I have swollen gland under my left side of my jaw .It is not paining.it is almost for one year.i have bumps on my tongue.

As per your description it could be enlarged submandibular salivary gland or lymph node.. need to be evaluated by local examination.. visit an ENT specialist for proper assessment..
