I have stone in gallblader

I have gallstone since long ,its 13 mm but I have no abdomen pain or no other symptoms ,but it show in ultra sound that I have 13mm gallstone,its OK if I not decide to operates. Pls advise ,thanks.

As per present guidelines asymptomatic gall bladder stones need only wait and watch
