Severe itching in vulvar region and discharge since 6 months and I noticed small pimples on inner lips of vulva today .. there are small and many .. what's my condition and how to treat it ... Is it severe ?

6month is a fair time Plsease visit nearby gynec or consult online as Details given here are not sufficient. Itching and thick white discharge often indicate a yeast infection, but can also be caused by other conditions like bacterial vaginosis, irritants, or sexually transmitted infection
