I am using spec but feel irritation and pain in eyes whenever use specs and feels sleepy and irritation

Hello This could be due to change in refractive error of your eyes I would recommend you to consult local ophthalmologist and get proper eye sight checked

Irritation can be due to dry eyes esp if u use a laptop r mobile for long time without breaks Get a schirmers test done at ur ophthalmologist
