I have problem with my pennis it shrinks to very small size sometimes & foreskin come front looks like my pennis go inside. during this happening I have pain please suggest me why this happening like this . I already consult a urologist also but they told to consult a neurologist & take their opinion so pls help me I don't know this is related to which doctor
