I have pilonidal sinus what is the best treatment for it and how much the surgery for it cost approximately?

Cost will vary with hospital to hospital. At government medical  college it will be free, at corporate one it will cost 40-60 thousands. At smaller private hospital or nursing home it  will  cost ~15-25k. Procedures are, simple excision and secondary healing, Excision and primary closure, Excision and flap, LASER, endoscopic procedure. I would recommend excision and flap.
