Is it good to go for the surgery or just clean the puss as it comes? Is the surgery painful and has any side effect? Pls help me out with this problem.

hello.. I suggest you to go for surgery as the more you wait..the more time it will take to heal...the surgery won't be painful..but yes the sinus takes a long time to heal.. pain will be there and alternate day dressing will be required...consult a gen surgeon
