I have pain in right 2nd molar tooth

One day I chew food with my tooth and I feel severe pain but after some time it relief but some days have severe sensitivity and this sensitivity are relief to drink cold water and after some days that teeth is moveable and get pain and I filling tha teeth with dentist and take antibiotics and tooth pain is relief but when I chew food that tooth have pain and relief after some time

Looks like you have a crack or fracture of the tooth.... best option will be to get a x ray and a proper judgment of a decent dentist .

Hello.  If your pain is not relieved with a filling you may require a root canal followed by a crown... However if a crack has developed within a tooth( due to eating something hard) the tooth cannot be saved even after root canal.... Visit an endodontist near you. Happy to help.
