I have pain in my lower back in centers gradually it's increasing in sides hips area also. Please suggest a valid treatment . Thanks, Akanksha

Hi dear, if pain in referring from back to him it's might be muscle tight Ness cause or nerve root compression .you can consult near by Ortho dr or Physiotherapist.
