I have 2 osteomas on my forehead since childhood and it looks very bad and harm my personality and i need to remove them

Osteoma should be removed only if : 1 Causing compression of vital structures like blood vessel or nerve. 2 Rapidly growing 3 Cosmetic problem. You can consult an ENT specialist to have it removed if it's causing distress to you.
