Hi am currently 19 weeks pregnant... yesterday i forget to take my both iron and calcium tablet because of my family outing trip... But today i took the tablets...my doubt is skipping iron and calcium tablet for only one day cause any problem to baby ?or it is ok?pls tell am in so much of tension now..
