Hii... i delivered a baby on August. I have Low milk supply.. can you suggest anything to increase my breast milk..

Dear parents, There is no term like low supply, As there is no measure. If nipple pores all open,milk productions depends upon demand of Baby. So without thoughts feed your Baby every 2hrly in day and from 10pm to 6am on demand Drink lots of water before feeding and during feeding. Only criteria is wt gain in a month. In first quarter weight gain is 750gm to 1000gm per month
