I have stomach upset and loose motion. Also have fever with shivering. This condition is there for last 2 days.

Thanks for the question, take tablet cifran CT twice a day for five days after food, paracetamol 650 mg sixth hourly, ors liquid , sporolac four times a day.
Next Steps
plenty of oral fluids, investigation for malaria dengue and complete urine examination and complete blood count, stool analysis.
