Left side pain shoulder chest and hand i am also doing ecg,2d echo, tmt every report is normal pls consult what i do i have many tention if any heart problem

hello der if all tests are negative its very unlikely to be cardiac cause it may be gastritis it may be due to musculoskeletal pain brachial plexus compression ligaments sprain consult orthopedician for further evaluation and treatment.
