If i do very much walking or exercising..my kness start paining...or if i do any little heavy work like pulling heqvy basket n all..my knees again start paining...is my knees are very weak?

U may be suffering from osteoarthritis . u should apply Mahanarayan tail on lower limbs , massage for 15 min and if possible do a mild hot fomentation daily before sleep or before bath.
take calcium supplements.
avoid fried , spicy and junk food.
take proper sleep .
