Pain in sole can be because of increase
uric acid, or heal spur, or faulty foot wear, this can be resolved by putting your feet in warm water for 3mins and cold water for 2 mins continue for 15 mins on daily basis.
Pain in knee can be because of over weight, or muscle weakness, would suggest you start cycling to mobilise your knee joint.
