do you have any crust like deposits on the margins of lidsand dandruff  in scalp.if so then line of treatment  will be different.

Hello Your symptoms are suggestive of allergy Try A.cold compresses B use antiallergic eyedrop like epinastine eyedrop along with lubricating eyedrop C. Soft steroid like fluorometholone can be used in pulse dose in severe cases Having said that it is provisional diagnosis Kindly share photos of your eye so that I may guide you better Regards
