Kindly suggest all possible diagnosis I need to undergo so that it can be cured. I dont wanna waste time as I have my paper (CAT) next to next month. I have already shown up to an opthalmologist and a general physician.

Try going to a neurologist or a psychiatrist.. assessment after seeing you is always right. There are many reasons for a headache starting with a simple stress or fever too many things.
