Hello Doctor, I have got some acne and dark spots. Since my skin doesn't suit most of the products, I am confused regarding what will suit my skin. Kindly suggest me with some good moisturiser and sunscreen. My skin is oily and acne prone. It's winter, so my skin slightly feels dry. I am very worried about my skin. Kindly help doctor. I am sending you some photos too of how my skin condition is, so that you can evaluate properly. Thank you Regards Aditi Tripathi

It can be cleared...Acne or  pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please  send more photos by direct online consultation as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

Wash your face 4 times a day . Twice with an anti-acne face wash and twice with plain water . Suggested epilyno moisturiser. Avoid spicy and deep fried foods. Drink plenty of water.
