I have extreme pain in my left leg

In my left leg there was severe problem. I tested on MRI. It suggest there was some pressure on the left muscle due a nice in spinal cord . Doctors gave treatment for it. I got some relief but last two days I have severe pain in my leg.. Please give me suitable advice
