Pre fasting 165 and after meal 284 .. is it alarming? Require medicine or can get control by diet ? Please suggest on this

Ur report shows u r a diabetic. U will require lifestyle changes and medications to control ur sugar. Since u r young and a recently diagnosed diabetes we may try for reversal/remission of  the diabetes after we control the sugars. Right now medications and lifestyle. You can consult online
