Get your self examined by a dentist.. take some time out to visit a nearby dentist and let him corelate with the clinical findings.. Sometimes if the permanent teeth are missing under the milk teeth . . The milk teeth won't fall of naturally..
Next Steps
book an appointment with a nearby dental specialist

You need to take x-rays to correlate the permanent and milk teeth, then extract the milk teeth. Please visit a dentist, for further treatment.

Consult a nearby dentist. Will have to see whether, the permanent tooth has already come under the existing milk tooth.
