I have cough and cold and a slight headache. I was advised by the doctor to take montek lc and dolo 500 mg. I had taken both in the night and felt a sort of relief. I then didn’t sleep and went outside to eat food and slept 6hrs after taking the medicine Now, i have same symptoms with a little fever. Can i take both the medicines in day-time as it was advised by the doctor to take during the bedtime
