There is no treatment like ,just removal of stones and not removing ,gall bladder. Because,in gall stone disease, gall bladder is also a part of the disease process. If we don't remove the gall bladder, the complications like ,obstrucive jaundice and perforation of gall bladder are , serious one. To avoid these dreadful complications, it's wise to remove gall bladder.
Next Steps
To consult a laparoscopic surgeon because, laparoscopic cholecystectomy is the proved gold standard treatment in gall stone disease.

Better is to remove the Gall Bladder. If you don't want to undergo surgery now then watch for symptoms of Abdomen pain, vomit, if present report to your doctor
