?? Blood inside nostril doesn’t mean accurately - Frank bleeding or dried blood crusts are there after ur bled. Did you not Realise the bleeding or if it just dried blood crusts then due to several reasons need to put nose drops or liquid paraffin drops inside then nostril to clear it up. It could have bled from many reasons picking hypertension and viral change in Weather some of them
