I have been suffering from back pain

Unable to seat continuously for 45 minutes, I feel pain in back ,when stand up and walk for two minutes pain reduces 90 %.there is pain in both knee also.

Back Stretching. Do the cat/cow stretch. Core Strengthening Exercises.

Work on improving your posture and also work on strengthening your core muscles. Have patience and work on it for atleast 6 months to see significant difference. Hello..May be your back muscles are weak.Visit physiotherapist learn back strengthening exercise and knee exercise also.
