I have been diagnosed with gynaecomastia

I had lumps under my nipples from 3 years, I got it checked a week back and they are male breast (gynaecomastia). My doctor told me that I may try tablets of estrogen blockers, can you tell me if it is correct and if which one should I go for... They are not very big, and I don't want to go for surgery.

Need to see side view with no slouching. Also will need other blood tests to rule out any other cause and only then consider estrogen blockers. Though they do not always work.
