I have bacterial prostatitis since one month and today I go for TC DC Of WBC in blood . That shows 12500 WBCs. Is my blood also infected ??? What to do??? I am starting cifran for 1st month, Bacstol for 2nd month, and Niftas for 3rd month .my M.D. Advised me this. Is this good??? Plz reply...

Kindly do the Prostate message and discharge for culture and sensitivity Most common organism are ecoli and kleibseiilla Esbl sp They require long term IV Antibiotics 2-3 weeks followed by ciprofloxacin and trimethoprim
