I have always got headache .. not sure what to do. Headache happened Everytime. I am so stressed with. This.

Consult Now
First get your eye tested.. Migraine to be ruled out. Then sinusitis to be ruled out by XRay PNS and finally MRI for any brain tumour. If all ok, then Do Meditation

See precipitation factors, any food.... If it aggrevates the headache
