I have Alopecia, and hairfall issues

I have Alopecia since childhood, and hairfall issues. I had taken injection on the patches when I was 10 years old. Recently I had consultation with adoctor and took injection for the treatment, but I didn't find any improvement. I'm still having hairfall issues.
