I have accessory navicular in my foot

What medication can be taken to reduce the swelling and normalising the bone. The current state is that when i press or put pressure while walking it pains on that bone area. Please suggest

Hello . . You could try wearing proper medial arch support shoes or footwear . .custom designed footwear could reduce pain . . Hot fomentation with warm water should help .
