I have a tinnitus problem some type of beep is coming from my ear please suggest me what to do I can't even sleep

Hello, Ringing or buzzing noise in one or both ears can be defined as tinnitus. Different people complain about different sounds coming from their ears like horn, whistle blowing sound, breeze etc.
