I hv a strange feeling on heart especially of heart beat and also water produced in my mouth.... when I sleep left side I feel some relaxation I don't feel any pain but i feel a strange thing at heart region I consult a doctor he gave me esprin tablets and rebzoil but as I finish tablets problem arises again
