Hi I got into a fight with a sibling about 4 years back and got hit with a sharp metal that scraoed my skin of my shoulder. Its now till this day a lump fkesh like scar on top of my skin, is there anything i can do about this as im worried there maybe something in the lumo although it looks like pink flesh
