Hello, For you maximum heart rate is 194 considering age of 26. If it remains at 110 for 1 hour after exercise, you probably can be dehydrated or having low vagal tone. Keep yourself well hydrated. Quit smoking if you do. And do regular endurance exercise. This will bring down your heart rate. Take care

Are you a smoker?? Or do you play very vigorously?? Generally heart rate must normalise with in few minutes of stopping activity?? A detailed history is required and evaluation may be required thereafter.
