Suffering from piles since last one year. I need a doctor to gave me best advice to cure the same at the earliet without any surgery or timeless.

Diet and exercise. are the only solution to get rid of piles without medication.Avoid spicy and fatty diet .Avoid late night meals. Do walk atleast 5 kms a day .
