Two weeks ago I had an eruption in the left buttock, has now enlarged. It stings a lot, where I'm is very hot and I think it's a fungus, I've taken anti-fungal capsules but it has not worked

As you are describing the symptoms it looks like fungal infection. Don't apply any over the counter medicine like quadriderm, lobate gm, panderm plus etc. It ll worsen the condition. Don't take it lightly. You should consult a dermatologist for the same

Keep good care of hygiene, wash your clothes in boiling water, avoid wearing tight clothes and jeans. Apply antifungal powder along with good antifungal medicines. Don't apply any steroid anti fungal combination.
