I have a dark patches on upper lips as well as under lips areas. Also I have a smile lines wrinkles visible on my face. Please recommend me a best cream or any medicine for that. So that I can cure it as soon as possible. Please help me out with this. *Note : Picture is not showing proper dark because of camera quality*
