I have a chalazion on my left eye

Treatment of chalazion include
A medical management includes warm compresses followed by lid massage with index finger tightly from up to down followed by application of aziyhromycin ointment over lid margins
B intralesional Kenacort injection
C incision and curettage
If you are afraid of surgery then go for intralesional Kenacort injection which is painless and quick procedure
